We're an independent payout-testing site for Canadian players. We don't score casinos on games or bonuses — we deposit our own money, play, request a real cashout, and rank by the time we actually measured.
Why casinotka exists
In 2017 I waited eleven days for a $600 withdrawal from a casino that advertised itself as offering "instant payouts." Nobody at the cashier could tell me why it was stuck, and by the time it finally landed I'd stopped trusting anything a casino's marketing page told me about speed.
That's the gap casinotka fills. Every operator claims fast withdrawals. Almost none of them publish the one number that actually matters: how long a real player waits, on a real weekend, with a real ID check already done. So we time it ourselves, and we publish what we find whether it flatters the casino or not.
How we test
We register as ordinary Canadian players, deposit our own money, verify our identity the same way any player would, play through a normal session, and then request a genuine cashout. We log four timestamps — request sent, casino approved, rail released, funds landed — and take the median of at least three timed withdrawals per brand.
We retest every quarter, and again immediately after any payment-provider change we hear about. If a brand's payout time slips, it drops down our rankings. A disclosed reversal window doesn't disqualify a brand on its own — several long-established, heavily regulated names on this site still run one — but a hidden one, or a brand that stalls requests beyond what it discloses, comes off the site entirely.
Editorial independence
casinotka earns commission when a reader signs up at a casino we've linked to. That's how the site is funded, and we're upfront about it on every page. What commission never buys is a ranking, a payout time, or a place on this site — those come only from what we measure.
We're not paid to write positive reviews, and no operator can pay to move up the list. If our numbers and an operator's marketing disagree, we publish our numbers.

I started tracking cashout times after waiting eleven days for a $600 withdrawal in 2017. I've timed more than 400 since, mostly from a kitchen table in Ontario, and I still deposit my own money to do it.
